We had a perfect stay at Lorenza and Roberto's place. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing! They were really kind and helpful with us. Ils parlent aussi français ce qui était très pratique! Grazie mille!
Montegrosso is a beautiful secluded setting. Roberto and Lorenza were very warm and wondefully hospitable hosts. We travelled there by train and without a car but still able to visit the town and local restaurant and enjoy the beauty of montegrosso. Lorenza kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the local train station otherwise it would have been a challenge to walk to their home with luggage. We stayed in a private room but the apartment also looked lovely and were very reasonable. It was so lovely to experience such generosity and hospitality, especially as we were strangers in their beautiful home. The local restaurant restorante centrale was amazing and the winery tour which Roberto accompanied us on was a great experience.
On s'y sent bien, au milieu d'un paysage de collines à 180° avec des ciels changeants ( Nous avons eu la chance de voir les Alpes enneigées ). L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé . La décoration est soignée, avec de beaux meubles anciens tout en respectant la simplicité du lieu . Tout le confort avec une très bonne douche , un lit "King size" ... Les propriétaires sont charmants, accueillants, aux petits soins et en même temps très discrets . Nous avons suivi leurs conseils- en Français !- pour visiter la région du Barolo et de Turin . Nous n'oublions pas présence tout aussi discrète, parce que clandestine, d'Antonio ... le chat !! Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location .

Vi hadde fantastiske dager hos Lorentza og Roberto. Aldri hatt en bedre Airbnb-opplevelse. Lette å kommunisere med og lette å omgås. Var det noe vi trengte, ble det ordna med en gang. Vi ble venner, rett og slett. Hyggelig frokost hver dag, til og med en nybakt KAKE hver dag. Tok seg tid til å forklare og gi tips til hva vi skulle gjøre, reiste med oss til en vingård og delte nydelig klaverspill med oss om kvelden. Leiligheten var smakfullt innredet, romslig og fin, med flott uteplass og et nydelig landskap omkring. Vi kan anbefale dem på det varmeste. Ingunn og Ola

Lorenza가 따뜻하게 맞아주었던 전망이 아름다운 집이예요. 방안에 있지는 않지만 손님만을 위한 깨끗한 화장실이 있어요. 침구가 깨끗하고 안락했어요. 새소리에 잠을깨고 창문밖에 유네스코 문화유산을 멀리서 감상 할 수 있어요. 직접 만든 파이와 잼으로 아침을 준비해 주셨고 남편이랑 너무 맛있게 먹었어요. 근처 추천해주신 레스토랑에서 먹은 홈메이드 파스타 추천해요.
Lorenza & Roberto offer a peaceful and idyllic old house overlooking the hilly Piemont region! The room was new and had anything you would need. Would have loved to stay longer! Lots of small villages around, plus Turin, Asti and Milan are not too far away.
We had a wonderful stay! Lorenza and Roberto are such a warmhearted and lovely couple! Everything was perfect and we left with good memories, a smile and totally relaxed. Thank you- Lorenza and Roberto for: staying awake until 12.30 am in the morning at our arrival day, the delicious breakfast (mmmh the homemade hazelnut cake), set the table for our dinner (sooo romantic), providing us with information about the most interesting places to visit in the area, calling us by phone after we had left (because we had forgotten our battery charger) and for letting us feel like at home!

We loved our stay in this corner of Piemontese paradise: Lorenza & Roberto immediately made us feel at home in their beautiful family house with it's stunning views over the rolling hills of Piedmont & to the snowy alps beyond. The house is comfortable and the hosts are natural & adorable; nothing ever felt too much trouble.
Lorenza & Roberto went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They are located in such a great location to access Montegrosso D'Asti and all the small towns in the area - the view from your bedroom window is just breathtaking - cue rolling vineyards. I would certainly stay here again - it is the only way to experience the more rural Piedmonte region.
It is a lovely home with private space outside the room. One is surrounded by lush valley and is pleasantly greeted by the gorgeous mountain view. I had a very comfortable stay with thermal heating on the floor and a great breakfast served in the morning. Lorenza is a fantastic host with great hospitality and one can communicate with her without difficulty. Her house has historical value and is well maintained. However, one needs to have a car to get to the place.
Vi ankom kl 01:30 og vores værter modtog os med skøn antipasti og vin i deres spiseafdeling. Næste morgen slog vi skodderne op og blev mødt af den mest vidunderlige udsigt over det nære bakkede vinlandskab og alle de sneklædte alper i baggrunden.
L'hospitalisation de Lorenza et Roberto fût exceptionnelle! Lorenza était disponible en tout temps pour répondre à mes questions par messages textes ou messages Airbnb. Elle est très attentionnée et s'assure que ses invités sont biens. Leur Villa est d'une grande propretée et la vue est magnifique. Également, le lit est très confortable et très grand, c'était un lit King. C'est l'endroit idéal où rester pour bien visiter la région d'Alba et Asti ! This was the best possible introduction to Airbnb! The hosts were lovely, the room and house were lovely and the view was almost unbelievable. We had trouble tearing ourselves away, and we think we have made some new friends. :) The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. A specially large bed had been made up for us so that our little family of three could all sleep together. The restaurant in the village that Lorenza recommended was just right. Delicious food and not expensive. We felt really welcome and at ease. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Heerlijk weekend gehad mede door mooie verblijfplek bij roberto en lorenza. Zij geven fijne tips voor de omgeving en het fantastische piemontese restaurant in montegrosso. We hebben ook gefietst, roberto zorgde voor de route en de fietsen!
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lorenza et Roberto et avons été enchantés qu'ils nous reçoivent en français. L'appartement était au-delà de nos attentes, grand, très propre, dans une maison superbe, vraiment parfait ! Petits déjeuners attentionnés et personnalisés. Pour la première expérience en Airbnb, nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'accueil que nous a réservé Lorenza et Roberto a été particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné. La maison est arrangée avec beaucoup de goût, la chambre confortable offre une très belle vue sur la campagne environnante et la salle de bain (privée) est idéale pour se détendre après une longue route. Petit-déjeuner très bon et copieux avant de reprendre notre chemin vers les Cinque Terre. Notre étape dans l'Asti a été parfaite ! Grazie mille :-).
Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit chez Lorenza et Roberto, hôtes discrets mais attentionnés. Nous avons été accueillis dans une belle maison restaurée avec goût. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain (privée) est coquette et dotée de tout le nécessaire pour se détendre dans un bon bain après une longue journée: sel de bain, bougies… Bien que ne proposant pas de repas hormis le petit déjeuner, par ailleurs copieux, Lorenza nous a permi de prendre notre diner dans le jardin après nous avoir dressé une table sur une jolie nappe. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de visiter les environs mais nous avons pu apprecier la gentillesse, les attentions et les conseils culturels de nos hôtes. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez Lorenza et Roberto.
Lorenza and Roberto gave us a warm welcome, and were most helpful during our stay. They are generous and flexible people. They really went out of their way to serve us. Lorenza made wonderful breakfast each morning at the time we requested and was always ready to help if needed. It has been extraordinary hot during our stay, so that was somewhat exhausting. But our hosts provided a fan which was very helpful. We also cooled off a couple of days at a nice swimming pool about 20min drive from the house. Which I highly recommend to any guests staying during a hot summer. It was very relaxing and not too crowded. Other than that the scenery is absolutely stunning and the house even more beautiful and interesting than the pictures. Other than that Asti is ofcourse a beautiful city to visit, amongst other lovely places in the area which is packed with history, beautiful buildings, vineyards and castles.
I have nothing but superlatives for this place. Lorenza and Roberto are very friendly and helpful hosts. The house is beautiful and the view breathtaking. I strongly recommend staying at their place if you're looking for a great italian experience! Thank you for hosting us, Lorenza and Roberto. If we make it to the Piemont again, we will certainly stay at your place again :-)
